He is the manager of the Allston/Boston office, located at 1310 Commonwealth Avenue; and has earned the highest industry accreditation’s including GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute 90 hours of classroom instruction) and CBR (Certified Buyer Representative).
First Choice Realty has multiple divisions, including a successful property management company to better serve our clients needs.
The principle Greg Dorsey has successfully brokered thousands of real estate transactions. He specializes in investment property sales, including buildings, multi families and condominiums. He also has experience with apartment rentals, property management, and has listed and sold short sale properties.
Greg is also experienced with renovations and capital improvements including complete renovations, new kitchens and bathrooms, new HVAC heating and cooling systems, boilers, roofs, paint, hardwood floors, locks, windows and almost anything needed inside or outside a condominium, building and investment property. Outside the office, he enjoys travel, arts, exercise and charitable giving.
Sean Callahan is a Vice President at First Choice Realty, Inc. Sean has ten years of real estate experience and has earned the CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) designation from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Sean is a highly skilled negotiator and continues to receive referrals and praise from his customers. He has successfully completed hundreds of real estate transactions. Outside the office Sean plays hockey, golf and spends time with family and friends.
