Our properties/homes are only allowed to be shown by licensed Massachusetts real estate agents. When showing our apartments, call residents in advance, identify who you are, which company you work for, why you are calling, ask permission to show the home, keep your customers within eye site during the showing, call all tenant phone numbers, leave the apartment/home as you found it and double check all entrance and egress doors are locked when you exit.
